Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Prevention Grant Program

FY26 Request: Provide $5 million available until expended to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) for grants required by section 204 of the Nicholas and Zachary Burt Memorial Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Prevention Act of 2022 (P.L. 117- 103).

U.S. Fire Administration

FY26 Request: $75 million for the USFA, including $10 million to deploy the new NERIS data system. Additionally, we request inclusion of the U.S. Fire Administration in the statutory language.

AFG and SAFER

FY26 Request: at least $405 million per program (and we strongly support up to the $750 million per program authorized level).
