John Drummond

John Drummond serves as the Director of Government Affairs at CFSI, where he leads the organization’s engagement with policymakers and advances legislative and regulatory priorities aligned with its mission. In this role, he leverages his background in public policy, law, and government relations to effectively represent CFSI and work on behalf of the fire and emergency services.

Emily Griffin

Prior to joining CFSI, Emily was the Development Coordinator at Jobs With Justice. In this capacity, she managed their annual fundraising event, led their individual giving program, and provided grants management support.

Michaela Campbell

Michaela Campbell serves as the Executive Director of the Congressional Fire Services Institute (CFSI), where she leads the organization’s mission to advance federal policies and funding in support of the nation’s fire and emergency services. In this role, she oversees CFSI’s strategic direction, federal advocacy efforts, and engagement with members of Congress, national fire service organizations, and the Congressional Fire Services Caucus to strengthen support for first responders across the country.
