❗ National Fire Academy Closed Until Further Notice: FEMA has announced that in-person NFA classes and associated trainings in the states have been canceled during a “process of evaluating agency programs and spending to ensure alignment with Administration priorities.” The timeline for the evaluation is unclear and in the meantime, the fire service will lack access to in-person NFA training. CFSI is working to keep Congress and the federal agencies apprised of the needs of the fire and emergency services.
